Flourish provides trauma‑informed counselling for children, adolescents and adults across Echuca and surrounding areas. Sessions are gentle, paced and grounded in nervous‑system‑informed care, supporting individuals to understand their emotions, build regulation, strengthen communication and develop confidence in everyday life.
Flourish Support Services uses a solutions-focused, goals-oriented approach that honours your lived experience, your pace and your goals to create a safe therapeutic space where you feel understood, supported and empowered.
Counselling with Flourish can help with emotional regulation, anxiety, overwhelm, communication challenges, relationship difficulties, confidence building, identity exploration, stress, life transitions and navigating complex feelings. Sessions may include exploring triggers, understanding subconscious patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening resilience, improving self‑expression and building healthier routines and connections at home, school, work and in the community.
For NDIS participants, counselling is available to self‑managed and plan‑managed individuals under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living, with sessions tailored to your goals and aligned with your NDIS plan.
Flourish provides counselling services across Echuca, Moama, Rochester, Kyabram, Tongala, Cohuna, Kerang, Shepparton, Bendigo and surrounding regional communities, offering a warm, supportive environment where growth feels safe and possible.
